Irena Graves
I am a NAATI certified Russian–English interpreter with over 20 years of professional experience. I hold qualifications in Interpreting & Translation and provide services across legal, medical, conference, immigration, and business settings.
Education
Degree in Interpreting & Translation from Kharkiv State University, Ukraine. Postgraduate studies in Marketing & Languages at Merkur Academy, Karlsruhe, Germany.
Career
Five years in Germany, including work for the German representative office of Pantone LLC — the global leader in color standards.
Since 2002
Based in New Zealand, providing high-quality in-person and remote interpreting services throughout NZ and abroad.
2022–2025
Completed advanced conference interpreting modules. Successfully interpreted at the International Women in Policing Conference in Auckland, 2023.
